Covid 19-Work from home day 46

Another trying day. Things not how they should be. Weird problems that have no explanation. Conflicting information sent me down a rabbit hole only to find out my original understanding was correct. There was a lot of cursing far too early in the morning. Work day closed and I needed to get supplies at the bottle shop. Instead of going straight home I drove out to the far end of town and then circled back, just to have some alone time and a change of scenery for half an hour. Into our tenth week, I think that is really the biggest challenge for me, the monotony of it all.

My native garden is really starting to fill it, but one of the unsung heroes I rarely mention is the Point Sal Pacific Safe. It hasn’t flowered yet, and I don’t know if it will, but it’s really spreading nicely and has really good color and scent when you rub the leaves. Pictures online show it with flowers, but I haven’t seen anything on it that looks like it might bud. More details as more develop.
