It’s been a year.

I’ll never forget getting called into a meeting last year on March 10 and being told “this is serious and we’re treating it seriously. Take your gear home and expect to work from home until told otherwise.”

From my company who does not make snap judgements or quick decisions, this was a big deal.

And I fucking hated working from home. I still don’t really like it but I’ve grown to tolerate it. If you stuck with me for the early days of almost-daily blogging, thank you. I see you. I appreciate you.

If you lost someone last year, either from coronavirus or something else, this one’s for you. Be strong. Be Safe. We’re almost through this.
